The Service is operated by CryptoCardsPerks (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

CryptoCardsPerks is an informational directory and comparison website for cryptocurrency-linked payment cards. We publish editorial ratings, feature comparisons, referral codes, and general information about third-party crypto card products to help users research and compare options.

We are not a bank, card issuer, payment processor, exchange, broker, or financial institution. We do not issue cards, hold customer funds, process card transactions, or provide any financial product ourselves. All cards listed are offered by independent third-party providers, and your use of any card is governed entirely by that provider’s own terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and of any crypto card you obtain, is lawful in your country or region.

3. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

All content on the Service is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Ratings, rankings, fee figures, cashback rates, supported regions, and other details are editorial and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate.

You should independently verify all information — including current fees, rewards, supported countries, custody arrangements, and terms — directly with the relevant card provider before applying for or using any product. Cryptocurrency products carry significant risk, including the risk of total loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

4. Ratings, Comparisons, and Editorial Content

Our ratings, scores, benchmarks, and comparisons reflect our own editorial methodology and opinions. They are subjective, may change at any time without notice, and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of any product’s quality, safety, or suitability for you.

Some data points displayed on the Service may be generated, estimated, or illustrative. Where exact figures matter to you, always confirm them with the provider.

5. Referral Codes and Affiliate Links

The Service may display referral codes and contain affiliate or partner links. If you sign up for a product using these, we may receive a commission, referral reward, or other compensation at no additional cost to you. This may influence which products are featured but does not change our obligation to label paid placements where required by law.

Referral perks, sign-up bonuses, and reward amounts are set and fulfilled by the third-party provider, not by us. We do not guarantee that any advertised bonus will be available to you, and we are not responsible if a provider changes or withdraws an offer.

6. Card Listing Submissions and Listing Fees

If you submit a card for listing through our “Get Your Card Listed” page, the following additional terms apply:

• Listing fees are payable in USDC. Standard and fast-track listing fees are shown on the submission page and may change from time to time.
• Paying a listing fee does not guarantee that your card will be listed. All submissions are reviewed for quality, accuracy, and suitability, and we may decline any submission at our discretion.
• Fast-track simply prioritises review; it does not guarantee inclusion or any particular placement, ranking, or rating.
• You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct wallet address on the correct network. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, and we are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address or on an unsupported network.
• If a submission is declined, any listing fee paid for it will be refunded to the originating wallet address, less any network/transaction costs, unless these Terms state otherwise.
• You confirm that any information, logo, or material you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it for publication.

We may edit, suspend, reposition, or remove any listing at any time, including for inaccuracy, policy violations, legal reasons, or at the provider’s request.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing information;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Service’s content without permission;
• Use automated means to abuse forms, submissions, or referral mechanisms.

8. Third-Party Products and Links

The Service references and links to third-party websites, products, and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, or practices of any third party. Any dealings you have with a third-party provider — including obtaining or using a card — are solely between you and that provider.

9. Intellectual Property

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoCardsPerks and its operators, owners, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, funds, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, your reliance on any content, or your dealings with any third-party provider — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because we do not issue cards, hold funds, or process transactions, we are not responsible for any loss arising from a card provider, exchange, wallet, or blockchain transaction.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptoCardsPerks and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
